Antibody Purification - Protein A / G affinity Purification:

Protein A is a cell wall protein isolated from S. aureus that binds to mammalian IgG via the Fc region. Protein A can be used to isolate and purify IgG and its subclasses and fragments. The Protein A agarose column is suitable for immunoprecipitation of murine IgG2a, IgG2b, IgA, human IgG1, IgG2 and IgG4.

Protein G is a cell wall protein isolated from G-type Streptococcus that binds to mammalian IgG via the Fc region. Protein G Agarose is more suitable for immunoprecipitation of murine IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, rat IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG2c, rabbit and sheep polyclonal antibodies, and human IgG1 compared to Protein A Agrose. , IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4.

Antibody Purification - Ligand Affinity Purification:

KMD Bioscience can provide ligand chromatography column according to the antibody or antigen provided by the customer, as shown in Figure 2, beads are agarose gel column or magnetic beads (customized or recommended by us); linker can be added to reduce the steric effect between biomacromolecules.
