Lentiviral Infection System
The Lentiviral Infection System is an HIV-based gene therapy vector system. It can infect dividing and non-dividing cells and effectively integrate exogenous genes into host chromosomes so that exogenous genes can be expressed persistently and stably.
KMD Bioscience uses the second-generation self-inactivating lentiviral infection vector system to develop various gene manipulation vector systems. At the same time, we have established various purification processes to pack lentiviruses with different purity requirements.
