Tumor targets

In the field of tumor diagnosis research, the detection of specific tumor markers is the key to early diagnosis, disease monitoring and efficacy evaluation. The development and application of tumor target diagnostic materials provide a basis for these purposes. The tumor raw material targets of KMD Bioscience mainly include: Golgi protein 73 (GP73), alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), prostate specific antigen (PSA), carbohydrate antigen 242/ gastric cancer antigen (CA242)/(CA724), currently these raw materials can be widely used in colloidal gold and chemiluminescent platforms, with high sensitivity, high purity, and high purity. Can be stored for a long time and other features:

Golgi protein 73 (GP73)

The Golgi protein GP73 is a glycoprotein mainly expressed in the Golgi apparatus, and its expression is increased in certain types of cell damage, especially liver disease. GP73 raw materials can be detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western blotting. GP73 is an important biomarker in the diagnosis of liver cancer.

Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP)

AFP is a serum glycoprotein secreted by hepatocytes and embryonic hepatocytes, and its levels are elevated in certain tumors, such as hepatocellular carcinoma and embryonic tumors. AFP is usually determined using immunoassay techniques such as radioimmunoassay (RIA) and time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay (TRFIA).

Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA)

CEA is a glial protein marker that is elevated in levels in a variety of cancers, especially in colorectal cancer. CEA can be measured using a variety of immunoassay platforms, including ELISA, chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA), and electrochemical luminescence immunoassay (ECLIA).

Prostate specific antigen (PSA)

PSA is a serum protein secreted by prostate cells that may be increased in prostate cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia, or prostatic inflammation. PSA diagnostic materials can be used by ELISA, CLIA, and other immunoassays.

Carbohydrate antigen 242/ Gastric Cancer Antigen (CA242)/(CA724)

CA242 and CA724 are tumor-associated carbohydrate antigens that increase in expression in some tumor types, and markers such as CA242 and CA724 are typically detected using immunoenzyme assages that utilize specific antibodies to quantify antigen levels in serum.
