Background | Glycoprotein Ibα is part of the platelet receptor Glycoprotein Ib-XI-V complex. The Glycoprotein Ib-XI-V complex mediates binding of platelets to sites of vascular damage. This product consists of residues 17-36 of glycoprotein Ibα and contains the binding sites for Von Willebrand Factor, thrombin and botrocetin. The two N-linked glycoslation sites, Asn37 and Asn175, have been removed by mutation to glutamine. |
Storage | Store the product under sterile conditions after opening at -20℃ to -80℃ for 12 months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
