The target gene encoding the Human ROR1 (NP_005003.2)(Met1-Glu403) is expressed with a c-terminal Avi tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus (Fc-Avi). The expressed protein is biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
