Human CD3D & CD3E Heterodimer Protein, His Tag

Product Information
Catalog Number KMP3539
Product Name Human CD3D & CD3E Heterodimer Protein, His Tag
Product Description The Human CD3D & CD3E Heterodimer Protein(KMP3539) is produced in HEK293 Cells. The target gene encoding the extracellular domain (Met1-Ala105) of human CD3D (P04234-1) is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; The target gene encoding the extracellular domain (Met1-Asp126) of human CD3E (P07766-1) is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids are co-expressed and the human CD3D/CD3E heterodimer is purified.

Background CD3D (CD3 Delta Subunit Of T-Cell Receptor Complex) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with CD3D include Immunodeficiency 19 and T-B+ Severe Combined Immunodeficiency Due To Cd3delta/Cd3epsilon/Cd3zeta. Among its related pathways are Immune response NFAT in immune response and TCR Signaling (Qiagen). Gene Ontology (GO) annotations related to this gene include protein heterodimerization activity and transmembrane signaling receptor activity. An important paralog of this gene is CD3G. CD3E (CD3 Epsilon Subunit Of T-Cell Receptor Complex) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with CD3E include Immunodeficiency 18 and T-B+ Severe Combined Immunodeficiency Due To Cd3delta/Cd3epsilon/Cd3zeta. Among its related pathways are Immune response NFAT in immune response and TCR Signaling (Qiagen). Gene Ontology (GO) annotations related to this gene include protein heterodimerization activity and obsolete signal transducer activity. An important paralog of this gene is CD3G.
Storage Aliquot and store at -20℃ to -80℃. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
