Human CD3E & CD3G Heterodimer Protein, Fc Tag

Product Information
Catalog Number KMP3555
Product Name Human CD3E & CD3G Heterodimer Protein, Fc Tag
Product Description The Human CD3E & CD3G Heterodimer Protein(KMP3555) is produced in HEK293 Cells. The target gene encoding the human CD3E (NP_000724.1) (Met1-Asp126) is fused with the Fc region of Llama IgG2b at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; The target gene encoding the human CD3G (NP_000064.1) (Met1-Ser113) is fused with the Fc region of Llama IgG2b at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids are co-expressed and the human CD3E/CD3G heterodimer is purified.

Background CD3D (CD3 Delta Subunit Of T-Cell Receptor Complex) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with CD3D include Immunodeficiency 19 and T-B+ Severe Combined Immunodeficiency Due To Cd3delta/Cd3epsilon/Cd3zeta. Among its related pathways are Immune response NFAT in immune response and TCR Signaling (Qiagen). Gene Ontology (GO) annotations related to this gene include protein heterodimerization activity and transmembrane signaling receptor activity. An important paralog of this gene is CD3G. CD3G (CD3 Gamma Subunit Of T-Cell Receptor Complex) is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with CD3G include Immunodeficiency 17 and Severe Combined Immunodeficiency. Among its related pathways are Regulation of actin dynamics for phagocytic cup formation and Immune response NFAT in immune response. Gene Ontology (GO) annotations related to this gene include protein heterodimerization activity and signaling receptor complex adaptor activity. An important paralog of this gene is CD3D.
