Background	Tramadol is a synthetic codeine analogue with a weak affinity for opioid receptors. It produces analgesia by inhibiting the reuptake of norepinephrine at neuronal synapses and increasing extra-neuronal 5-hydroxytryptamine concentrations, affecting nociceptive transmission.
Storage	This antibody can be stored at 2°C-8°C for one month without detectable loss of activity. Antibody products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20°C to -80°C. Aliquot and store at -20°C to -80°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
