Background	Immunoglobulin Y (IgY) is commonly found in birds, reptiles and amphibians and is functionally equivalent to mammalian IgG, but many of its biological properties remain undiscovered. Many researchers have recently analysed the genetic composition and biological function of IgY and have also confirmed its direct origin as mammalian IgG and IgE.
Storage	This product can be stored at 2°C-8°C for one month without detectable loss of activity. This products are stable for twelve months from date of receipt when stored at -20°C to -80°C. Aliquot and store at -20°C to -80°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
