Stem Cell Induction Differentiation Services

IPSC (Induced pluripotent stem cells) are generated by artificially inducing non-pluripotent cells to express specific genes and possess the potential to differentiate into various types of somatic cells. At present, iPSC has the potential to be used in biosimilar screening , disease treatment and research. It's the same as growing stem cells, the method of differentiation depends on the type, species, target lineage, and somatic cell type of the stem cell. PCR techniques (such as real-time PCR), cell sorting/flow cytometry, immunocytochemistry, western blot and biomarker analysis can be used to analyze the lineage and identity of differentiated cell types. Considering the current lack of clinically relevant in vitro models for drug screening, development and research, it is of great significance to induce iPSC differentiation into target somatic cell models required for various studies.

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCS) are a kind of pluripotent stem cells with all the characteristics of stem cells, namely, the ability of self-renewal and pluripotent differentiation. MSC are widely distributed in vivo and have the potential for multidirectional differentiation. Under specific in vivo and in vitro environments, they can be induced to differentiate into a variety of tissue cells. In addition to various mature cells of mesoderm, MSC can also be transformed into nerve cells, liver cells, islet cells, epithelial cells and so on. MSC are abundant in source and easy to collect, especially suitable for cell therapy to promote tissue regeneration and treat genetic diseases, etc. The induction of differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells has very important research value.
