Antibody Purification Services：
KMD Bioscience uses two main methods to purify antibodies for scientists: Protein A/G affinity purification and antigen-based purification. Other antibody purification protocols are supported, such as chicken IgY antibody purification.

Antibody Pairing (ELISA Custom Development)：
Antibody pairing is critical for the development of ELISA kits. We have an experienced scientific team for antibodies to develop clinical assays and to provide you with comprehensive enzyme-linked immunoassay kit development services, including detection sensitivity verification, linear range verification, repeatability verification, specificity verification and thermal stability (37 °C or 25 °C thermal stability) verification. KMD Bioscience has successfully developed a small molecule detection kit with a detection sensitivity of 0.1 ppb.

Antibody and Antigen Binding Kinetics Study：
KMD Bioscience can provide you with antibody affinity detection services based on BIAcore technology, which is suitable for vaccine assay development and enables in vitro evaluation of antigen immunogenicity in animals. It can also solve the problem of difficulty in selecting different antibodies against the same antigen in the process of vaccine development and the determination of antibody affinity in the rapid detection method.
Using the advanced Orbitrap Fusion Lumos mass spectrometer and powerful antibody sequencing data processing software, combined with gene sequencing and bioinformatics database, KMD Bioscience has established a new generation of antibody sequencing platform to achieve rapid and accurate analysis of the primary structure of antibodies, thus ensuring the accuracy of each antibody sequencing. Antibody sequencing services for various species are available.
Antibody Modification：
Immunological testing usually involves the modification of antibodies. Our scientists can provide high-quality antibody labeling services, including fluorescent molecular markers (FITC, FAM, etc.), vector coupling (agarose beads, magnetic bead coupling, etc. ) and enzyme labeling (HRP, AP, etc.) and biotin labeling, etc.
