The diagnosis of respiratory diseases is an important part of public health surveillance and clinical treatment. Influenza A (B) viruses (FluA, FluB)
Influenza virus is an RNA virus that can cause acute respiratory infections. Influenza A virus (FluA) and influenza B virus (FluB) are the main pathogens of epidemic and seasonal influenza. They enter the cell to replicate by binding to receptors on the surface of the host cell. Application platforms: Raw materials for these viruses can be used in a variety of detection platforms, including real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), rapid antigen detection kits, and immunofluorescence analysis.
Mechanism of action of adenovirus (ADV) : Adenovirus is a DNA virus that causes respiratory infections, conjunctivitis, and other diseases. It enters the cell by binding to specific receptors on the surface of the host cell, causing infection. Application platform: The detection of adenovirus can be performed by immunoassay platforms, such as ELISA and immunochromatography, as well as by cell culture and PCR techniques.
Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV)
Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) Mechanism of action: RSV is an RNA virus that causes lower respiratory tract infections. It spreads the infection by attaching to the host cell, introducing its RNA and replicating within the cell. Application Platform: RSV can be diagnosed by immunofluorescence analysis, rapid antigen detection, and molecular diagnostic methods such as RT-PCR.
