Goat Polyclonal Antibody Production Background
Due to the high amount of goat serum and the presence of 20mg/ml of total IgG, the immune response is strong and the antibodies produced have high affinity and specificity. They are widely used in Western Blot, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, flow cytometry, and other fields. Therefore, goats are a good choice for large-scale production of antibodies and long-term production of high-yield polyclonal antibodies. The optimal antigen amount for immunizing goats is between 250-5000ug.
