Custom Mouse Monoclonal Antibody Decelopment Service

KMD Bioscience has been working on monoclonal antibody development research for many years. Supported by a skilled team of scientists and standard operating procedures, KMD Bioscience can provide comprehensive recombinant antibody expression service for global customers. Mouse monoclonal antibody has many advantages such as high specificity, stable passage, and extensive applications in basic research, medical diagnosis, and tumor therapy. The monoclonal antibody can be produced via traditional hybridoma technology or recombinant monoclonal antibody technology. With extensive experience in phage display technology, our scientists can construct high-quality immunized mouse antibody libraries and screen out high-affinity mouse recombinant antibodies.

KMD Bioscience provides high-quality recombinant antibody expression services covering antigen design, synthesis and modification, animal immunization, phage library construction, antibody screening, antibody modification, antibody validation, and antibody sequencing. Meanwhile, KMD Bioscience can develop monoclonal antibodies from various host species, including rats, rabbits, camels, and other species.

Recombinant Mouse Monoclonal Antibody Development

KMD Bioscience offers two production methods for mouse monoclonal antibodies: recombinant monoclonal antibody production with phage display antibodies technology; and hybridoma monoclonal antibody production with cell fusion technology.

In the phage display technology for the development of recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody, we cloned the variable regions of the murine antibody (Vλ, Vk, and VH) into the phagemid system with the M13 phage pIII fusion protein, subsequently, we cloned the screened high specificity and high-affinity rabbit-derived antibody variable regions (Vλ, Vk, and VH) into plasmid vectors carrying mouse antibody scaffold proteins and transiently expressed in our recombinant expression platform (up to ~5 g/L).
