Mouse Monoclonal Antibody Production Service

KMD Bioscience strives to offer high-quality antibody production to our customers. Mouse monoclonal antibody has many features such as targeting to a single epitope, high specificity, stable passage, large-scale manufacturing and extensive applications in basic research, medical diagnosis, tumor therapy. Backed by upgraded technology and extensive practical experience, our scientific team has developed mouse monoclonal antibodies with high sensitivity and specificity to bring a better outcome for your downstream services.

To give you more choice and save you time, KMD Bioscience is engaged in providing comprehensive services to meet your different needs. At present, KMD Bioscience can provide two mouse monoclonal antibody production protocols: cell fusion and phage display library construction technologies. Meanwhile, under the assistance with our well-established and powerful antibody engineering platform, antigen design, peptide synthesis, gene expression, immunization, antibody purification, identification and antibody labeling services are provided to support your research.

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody Production:

Production of mouse monoclonal antibodies by our hybridoma platform: Customers can provide small molecules, polypeptides, modified polypeptides, proteins, fusion proteins, modified proteins and antigens for monoclonal antibody production. Meanwhile, we also provide antigen customization services, including DNA synthesis, plasmid construction, protein expression, protein purification, protein modification, peptide synthesis, peptide modification, peptide and carrier protein cross-linking, small molecule structure analysis and carrier protein conjugation. The research team at KMD Bioscience has extensive experience in developing vitro diagnostic antibodies & antigens, especially in the selection and identification of antibodies (such as in vitro detection of antigen immunogenicity). Your questions about the programme, the process, etc. will be answered professionally and in detail by our scientists.

Meanwhile, our patent adjuvant (FMA01# FastAb Mouse Adjuvant) can cause a strong immune response after 21 days of immunization. In addition, we also provide a faster way- surgical spleen cell immunization to save the investigator's time.
