Hybridoma technology is an important technique for the development of monoclonal antibodies and a powerful tool for recombinant antibody production. KMD Bioscience utilizes the classic hybridoma technology of mice to produce mouse monoclonal antibodies. We can produce antibodies on a large scale from developed hybridoma cell lines and consistently provide reliable results in various applications such as enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), Western blotting, flow cytometry, and immunohistochemistry (IHC).
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody Development
Production of mouse monoclonal antibodies by our hybridoma technology platform: Customers can provide small molecules, polypeptides, modified polypeptides, proteins, fusion proteins, modified proteins, and antigens for monoclonal antibody production. Meanwhile, we also provide antigen customization services, including DNA synthesis, plasmid construction, protein expression, protein purification, protein modification, peptide synthesis, peptide modification, peptide and carrier protein cross-linking, small molecule structure analysis, and carrier protein conjugation. The research team at KMD Bioscience has extensive experience in developing vitro diagnostic antibodies & antigens, especially in the selection and identification of antibodies (such as in vitro detection of antigen immunogenicity).
