VTCN1 (V-Set structural domain-containing T cell activation inhibitory factor 1), also known as B7-H4 (Gene ID: 79679), is a gene that encodes a cell surface protein belonging to the B7 family of immune checkpoint molecules. VTCN1 plays a role in the regulation of immune responses and has been associated with immune tolerance.
